It's frustrating when your team destroys wave after wave before you're in range, and you can't wander out further or you get poked for more than you heal. Letting him eat poros would solve this. He's a little weak in ARAM so it's not like he couldn't use the buff.
He could also gain a stack of well fed for every one he eats.

No Nunu should not be able to eat poros. other champs can not interact with the poros besides feeding it, it will give nunu an advantage that no other champ will have.
