Change Sated Devourer's passive to Runaan's Hurricane for ranged champions.

After got nerfed it's just kind of lack luster to build it on anyone ranged, even the champion who's kit is almost entirely designed around. So I propose that when devourer is sated it gets the passive from on ranged champions while keeping the current passive on melee champions. The only problem area I see is would be a little stronger, but still a lot weaker than she was pre-nerf.
