I kind of don't like the idea of max % health as true damage. if its your max health, then the only way to defend against it is to not buy any health items. if it's her max health, you are plain screwed if she buys a lot of health and finds a squishy target. We will have to see how it goes when they go to launch the rework, but I think she's gonna get nerfed right away. Like I said though, we'll have to wait and see how things play out.
