The percent health true damage. There is literally no effective way to itemize properly against it. Unless you're playing a very mobile toplaner, which can be rare right now, you will most likely be hit all four times.

Except ad people like trynd will try to punish you when you get close, making it a risky ult/passive unless you can combo with a teammate or be really good at hitting those vitals

I kind of don't like the idea of max % health as true damage. if its your max health, then the only way to defend against it is to not buy any health items. if it's her max health, you are plain screwed if she buys a lot of health and finds a squishy target. We will have to see how it goes when they go to launch the rework, but I think she's gonna get nerfed right away. Like I said though, we'll have to wait and see how things play out.

Currently, its max target's HP in true damage which is scaled by Fiora's AD which can be pretty bullshit if your full AD. But yesterday there were a slew of posts saying how impossible getting the ult heal off was.

Squishies aren't going to build as many defenses, so a much larger scaling of %hp magic/physical damage would hurt squishies more than tanks, while a lower %hp true damage would hurt tanks and squishies equally.

It's weird.
