I mean who is a good jungler AND top laner. I have been told i need to learn how to jungle so i am thinking of buying Shaco, but i like to top lane as well so i got Mord. Now i am thinking of getting Aatrox because i heard he can jungle. I am open to single junglers btw.

are probably the best overall atm among that list, provided you aren't just looking to play them 5 or so times. Some of them take a bit of getting used to.
Aatrox is pretty bad. Hes like azir/kalista riot destroyed him. Nocturne is imo a far better version of aatrox and he can jg well and top semi decently. Mao can jg semi decent but his top is pretty bad if your against one of the triad tops jayce/kenn/gnar. Pretty much any top is bad if your against one of those honestly and none of those triad tops can jg. Dont play shaco unless you plan to 1 trick him thats the only way youll be any good on him
Go with pantheon poppy or jax
trundle?
Shyv/Trundle/Voli/Mao are probably your safest bets. A lot of the ones people are listing are weaker in one role or the other.
