It would be cool if Riot added a brithday gift system

It'd be cool to get something small for your birthday as a gift. It could start small with like a 520 skin (if that's the price) or maybe an existing boarders that came with a skin(s) such as the project boarders. In my opinion it would just be awesome cause i birthday was yesterday then i had regrets not getting the PROJECT: Ekko border. Oh also u can set a birthtime once.
