i think thresh E passive need a change!

hey guys i think that Thresh needs a little change to is E passive, he was to op in his release but now he got nerfed several times. i purpose that we change E passive in a way that it doesnt reset when attacking minioms or neutral mosters or by reducing the couldown of that passive ex: 10sec ---> 6secs or 8secs, i am sugesting this little change because thresh is only a viable support at the moment and i think that he needs a little bit of attention because he is suppose to be a support/fighter as stated on the champ in-game profile, by decreasing the E passive he would give him a AA steroid that could put him in a top/adc viable pick, pls share your thoughts with me, do you think he needs this change?, do you want him to become a viable fighter?

yea lets buff the champ with the currently highest pickrate

also hes not a "fighter" as secondary role because he is supposed to be played somewhere else, but beause he fights the "fighter" role. beeing (naturally) tanky and having a decent dmg output aswell

But, but...his E damage is how he more easily last hits for Relic Shield since he's about the only Ranged support to take it :(

dude...his flay is the most overpowered thing about him. knockup + slow + retarded damage.
