Japan Server

Hey Riot, as a Hawaii player the server move has made my game almost unplayable. I would like to know if a Japan server is gonna happen any time soon because I am considering swapping games. I have heard the connection to the Oceania server is even worse than the post server move connection so that's not an option. Any help here?
