Champ Select Champion Voice over Volume Adjustment

I have had to disable all sound effects because of the fact that in the new champ select the every single champion who is picked says their quote. If I'm trying to enjoy a video or do anything else it becomes so annoying that I must disable all sfx on league. This has also lead to me missing picks or bans because I cant hear the notification sound. Can we please get a volume slider for the champ voice overs.
