What items do you get?

I want to go for max CDR but since he doesn't use make Frozen Heart seems like a bad item choice. I've made it a couple of times and didn't get flamed for it. But seems stupid because I don't use any mana.

I could replace Frozen Heart for Black Cleaver but it doesn't give me much as a tank support besides some health.

It doesn't get you 40% cdr, but it's a good mix of defense, health and utility. Trade out items as needed, such as item 2303 item 3047 item 3742 item 3512 item 3083
