This is ridiculous. I've lost numerous games that could've been won from pessimistic people who themselves PLAY CHAMPS THAT ACCESS LATE GAME. Especially in bronze! It's what keeps me trapped down here, I can't do anything about it and its fucking annoying. Please remove the feature. It only prompts a negative attitude that of which RIOT disproves of.

I'd play the living shit out of a ranked queue without /ff (but WITH /remake) because I rather try and grow as a player than not try and "maximize my LP gain because working for something is so oldschool".
Don't get me wrong, there are actually points where surrendering is the only thing you can do (enemy team has all of your inhibs while you didn't even scratch on theirs 25 minutes into the game), but those happen once in a blue moon, not every second game as some people claim.
Here the issue with that:
If you don't give players an official way out when they're feeling tilted and done, you just leave people in the game feeling like there's no escape, and that's what leads to toxicity and trolling.
I'm not disagreeing with your premise; people surrender far too soon and give up on games that they might be able to win. Happens all the time. Your proposed solution, though, would be incredibly ineffective, I think. They'd just run it down mid if they didn't think surrender was possible. That's not any better.
