Regarding the "small" Soraka rework

Patch 9.9 notes

Hey, as much as it might sound quite imbecilic to the most of you I'm a Soraka main player. And the recent update to her kit in the latest 9.9 patch really pissed me off because most of it was very uncalled for. Even riot themselves told that the problem is solely in the full E max build.

While we like that Soraka can contribute a measure of poke damage to her lane, we aren't particularly happy with the fact that her E max builds offers no real counterplay for her opponents.

So what do they proceed to do instead of just nerfing the E build? Right, just make her completely useless in lane and not being able to contribute to it at all, especially when your ADC is clearly not up to par which !ALWAYS! happens in the solo queue. In light of this situation I'm asking Riot team to look into the recent Soraka changes because the changes do not even 100% correlate with the reasoning behind it explained by Riot themselves, moreover these changes made a relevant, not necessarily OP looks at kayle rework in any way shape or from character into an unplayable garbage for the Ranked Solo Queue. As a person that plays this champion a lot I can say with confidence that Soraka players are one of the most bullied players in the game (you can tell by my self-loathing at the beggining) and when you make us even more powerless that is one punch under the waist too much Thank you for your time. Literally all they had to do was move all the damage to the snare on the 2nd part. BAM. No more unmissable poke.

Now if they could just gut Lulu and Nami ... I'd be so happy....

maybe a slightly unpopular opinion but hopefully they look at the max W from janna now

This is legit, I don't really play her. But the "rework" seemed like a nerf across the board rather than change towards healing. Because of this, and me playing her before I decided to give it a go to see if I was off at all. I was not. They trashcanned her to the levels of when they intentionally broke Eve and admitted it unitl they could figure out a rework.

That said, I did Nid jungle a bit today (hah, also total trash) but her healing is far superior to Sorakas, even as a jungler. Actually, I had her as an opponent one game, poor thing couldn't be of any use when my side was outhealing her (and giving a massive aspd boost) with Nid.

To add insult to injury we had a Sona that built Morellonomicon, which was screwing up Sorakas heal and basically pulling double heal duty like Sona/Taric combo and we just dunked on her team all day.

That said, I did grab mastery 6 on her with a few S/S-s, but it was basically just a waiting to have the superior players in unranked game.

Objectives on Soraka is probably because I'm a JG main and tend to be very active in promoting jungle control, which probably isn't normal for Sorakas. Also because I brought smite to do it. (also healing off nearby jg to transfer to your ally is baus)

So basically, I'd be a tiny overly aggressive blob on Soraka without smite. (Also I max out or close to max out the aggression metric on all champions)

Soraka's oppressive nature was changed from being damage to healing.

Wish they'd do the same to Nami tbh, It feels so good being chunked for 20% of my HP by a point and click.

Regarding Soraka.... item 3123 is an absolute vital purchase in the laning phase otherwise her over tuned Q healing means you'll never push her out of lane.
