[GAMEPLAY] / [CLIENT] Ghost poro rune doesn't work as intended

When playing an AD adaptive champion (Pyke) the ghost poro rune gets stuck in the process of gathering stacks (for me it always bugged out at 18 adaptive AD) The video shows exactly what happens Occurred to me in 100% of SR(Ranked) games (4th of August)

Bump, as of today still not acknowledged. 44 minutes into the game and I still have only +18 AD https://imgur.com/4YItIHJ
