So you're nerfing lee sin who is only good in the early game but has a little late game potential but not graves? Graves is strong at all stages of the game you should probably nerf him too

Lee became op because of the new mastery colossus and the removal of strength of ages.
ALL junglers built strength of ages before, and therefore was extra tanky, so lee couldnt oneshot them as easily.
Now that it doesn't happen anymore, they build offensive masteries, and lee does this too. With the ability to just kick-Q someone, lee became op off this
