how efficient Chat Restriction is holy molly, i got one myself for 25 games (on 9 games now) and i just got from bottom gold III to gold II with 20LP right now, it just goes to show that when you are focused on the game eventually you will outsmart and outplay your opponent because after they kill you many times or get let's say 2 mid turrets from you they take the foot off the pedal and sometimes get greedy and too cocky, i actually love how the chat restriction system works allowing you to chat but with limit so that if i start flaming i use all the messages and then i can't type resulting in me cooling off, thank you Riot.
