Lord save me from this (match making problems)

I'm getting depressed with this game.

My botlane was somehwat 4-21 KDR during finished game not like advanced proves wrong the points.

After looking into it, lux (in placements) has constant feeding scores yet gets put into silver match making rather then full bronze ??

Someone needs to explain how it works? I feel like riot hates me personally because I'm not even surprised/worst i've seen is way worse then this

I can't handle/have fun with this teams I'm not blaming/being toxic in chat but please tell me how I continiously get into team mates like these I droped from s2 61lp to s3 40 lp as I can't go anywhere with this teams

I know people say focus CS and Carry, but you can't carry the people who don't want to be carried and this match making is not putting equally strong teams together MMR is based on winning/loosing rate is the biggest disaster should be on personal score as you loose games not based on your perfomance but based on your teams perfomance

I was really happy had LB & Nida who were good unfortunately the bot lane completely destroyed the game
