The worst nerf in history to Nunu

The new Nunu bot skin's laugh takes like 1.5 seconds to play again. The old one was nearly instant like .3 seconds. That is terrible and this needs a buff. This isn't even a joke pls buff. How can I annoy people when I have to wait nearly two seconds, it's absolute madness #BuffNunuBotLaugh
