So do champions who interact with other champions using taunts get updated quotes for furture released champions.? Like can Jhin taunt a Taliyah for example he can make fun of how she throws rocks as a weapon like "Only a child plays with rocks, my dear" and Aurelion too and so on

There was that one case where Aurelion Sol had a taunt for Taric (pre-rework) beforr he got updated with new lore that made sense of it.

Riot may include a taunt for a future champion/rework that is nearly complete and sure to be released when they recorded the VO.
