Rakan Auto Attacks
Is Rakan supposed to be marked as Ranged? He backhands people, but can't buy Tiamat or use Relic Shield's execute passive. Intended? Reasons?

Yes he is marked as ranged, it's intentional as far as I can tell. He's just like Thresh in that regard. Thresh while in melee range also does a melee animation. [slayer-jinx-wink]
