when is poppy getting nerfed?

i feel kinda bad collecting free lp everytime i play her. she is soooo usefull in teamfight, she have a slow, her E is amazing and if you proc it it stuns for like 2 sec. her R is amazing, you can make many playz with it, and her w is also rly good. i feel like poppy is one of the best "tank" for teamfight, and yet she is still so strong in 1v1 situation, if build properly you deal tons of damage and you are also very tanky. it's relly hard to escape from poppy, and also hard to kill her beceause of all that movespeed, slow, and her R . i build her BC/IG/hexdrinker and full tank, i can blow up squishie in one combo , and still take no damage thx to her shield. even if you manage to loose your lane, somehow, you are still very usefull.
