but this time this is indeed funny, beceause from the 2 game that are used to justify my ban there is this one game where i was being spam pinged and flamed by a nocturne ALL GAME LONG from minute 2 to the end of the game even after i carried it . that's funny that you can't see other people log when they quote your chat log. now let's try something. i will make another smurf beceause doing new account in your shitty game take like 20 sec, you dont even need to enter a true email, i will get back to plat 1 / diamond 5 , and troll everysingle game and feed my ass of. and i'm pretty sure i wont get ban, beceaus" obviously the boosted player that feed 12 kill in 15 minute doesn't get ban but i do when i flame them. so i want to do the same :D why do i try hard and win lane carry half my game single handely, when i could just feed 10 kill in 12 minute and pretend i have a bad game? let's start, my smurf is freljord emperor and i will feed as much as possible everygame, let's see how many game it takes to perma me.

yes you are right , behaviour of others is not an exuse for your behaviour.

yet behaviours that instigate toxicity like inting , rage quits or griefiend are punished with way less effecitvness than negativity and that makes no sense. Yea negative and toxic behaviours should be punished but i understand every toxic player that is mad when riot does not punish guy that made him suffer for 40 minutes by inting in ranked game because their system is not effective. You can say "but the system is here" yea but its 1000 times less effective than the behaviour check. I wthink that it would be great if they rework/improve the system that punishes inting because right now i can assure you that if i inted 2 games in a row by straight running it down mid i would not be punished but guys who will flame me will be chat restricted

Riot only cares about verbal abuse, easy way to ban players and make more money. I'd also advise getting a VPN because if you have too many accounts banned they will flag your IP and pretty much any chat log will result in a punishment.

What does having multiple accounts have anything to do with trust. You just want to be a fanboy and think that Rito is all about the player base with all the issues we have. Ive been around since season 2. When no one ever got banned they just got more and more chat restrictions then Rito sold out to some other Japo company and now they ban people for chat left and right. As a professional accountant I can tell you this is because they make a TON of money off people who they ban.

Let me ask you something, how much money did you spend on your first account vs how much you've spent on your second or your 20th?

If you've got any brains at all you'd spend almost nothing on the second account. Maybe an XP boost to get back to 30 faster, but that's it.

I really doubt anyone, including a "professional accountant", can explain why people would buy optional content from someone who could take it away at any moment, particularly after they've just had it taken away from them.

I make 180k a year kid, money isn't an issue. Plus everytime an account gets banned I just do a paypal chargeback to get my money back. As an adult who lives in the good o'l USA with the right of freedom of speech I will talk to whoever I want whenever I want. If someone wants to troll, int feed, or just be a plain dumb@$$ thats fine but I will talk to you however I want. But hey basement dwellers, keep being Rito fanboys. Spending money on the game doesn't grant you freedom of behavior or immunity from punishments of any kind. You can spend all you want, but know you'll still be treated/punished as though you're a player that has never put a penny into RP and acts out of line. If you've gone through numerous accounts and they are all banned for whatever reason, then you are definitely not a trustworthy source.

1- I have tons of friends, in college i threw the biggest baddest parties in the area which everyone who was anyone tried to attend ( things youll never be apart of) 2- I know how to not get banned but I do not care I do what I want when I want. Plain and simple. 3- Chargebacks are exactly for this reason that is why Paypal allows you to do it. 4- I am salary paid i get payed 40 hours a week if i work 2 hours or 60, also have insomnia so i only sleep 4 hours a day.

I don't see why you're playing a free-to-play game when your real life is so grandiose. I could say I'm the CEO of Wells Fargo and you wouldn't know any better, except that the CEO of Wells Fargo probably wouldn't be on a forum calling other people kids and making fun of basement dwellers playing the same game he is. If you keep getting punished it's because you don't learn and keep exhibiting toxic behavior regardless of the account, not because you're being watched more closely than anyone else.

If you want to "prove" your hypothesis, provide the reform cards you received and show that you were not being consistently negative just like every other reform card.
