Jax e vs Garen e...
Played a game as jax vs garen and the stun foesn't stop him from spinning? Is that a thing? What good is a stun if it doesn't interrupt what they're doing?

Garen's spin is not a channel. It's an instant cast that Garen can cancel early if he wants to. Think of it as Fiddlesticks R: after X happens they get a temporary buff that deals AoE damage around them. In Garen's case after he presses E he gets an AoE damage. Jax's E does not destroy enemy user's buffs, so this is intended.

Yea it's been like that for a really long while, you can stun him but he keeps on spinning to win baby.
nothing stops garen's spin the same way nothing stops ezreal's ult
thats just the way some abilities are
