i see hes got a new skin so im assuming they want him to get more play, im currently maining him so this is fun to me, issues, seeing i understand hes a burst champ with slight cc and hes a yordle i understand he isnt meant to main, but if you play him i feel like he needs more cooldown reduction, even if its just one second on them or his ult from the 120 to 90, maybe 100 but its really hard to try to fight
Then build CDR. I personally grab a Morellonomicon as a third item when playing him mid or top.
Also just a heads up Kennen gets LOTS of play both in the top lane and mid lane in the higher elo's.
