actually yea and no. There is no specific combo that you have to do but if you auto q auto (using the auto reset on q) it is the fastest way to get 3 stack on someone while in melee range and then you devour and run back into your team and spit them out. However if you are alone u may want to try to keep them at three stacks until you cant with q, then auto one more time (cause they can't) then devour and repeat. Don't forget tho that your goal as tahm kench is to be a great peeler with lots of cc and initiate, don't worry too too much about the damage.
