His ult distance does 0 damage and is like the distance of a 1.5 X turret agro range until level 11.

I mean hes a champ whos damage scales off of buying frozen heart so... id hope he would be weaker
i hear people say that he was the type of champion that was cancer in lane but not a very good team fighter, sounds like they want to switch things around
no. he is not weaker.
people just have yet to figure out how his ult is best used, id imagine it being very powerful in the right hands. ( and with teamplay cuz everybody wants DQ).
ofcourse he is weaker in terms of damage, he could oneshots everyone in the game with his level 3 combo.
One shot should BE 1 attack. One. UNO. Singular.
