Rammus Masteries?
Does the mastery Runic Armour apply to rammus W. It says it applys to all shields but is the w really a shield or just a buff in stats? Please help.

It's a buff, not a sheild. What would runic armor apply to, given that rammus W gives no hp of any kind.
