The issue is he doesn't design every single champion. If CertainlyT was somehow able to design 100 champions for league, it would be for the better. The other designers just aren't on his level, and that's not his fault.
Wandering Wolf6 votesYasuo and Kalista should both not exist in this game, I hate their designs, and I don't feel that way about any other champs in the game, so no, he is not the best champ designer, he's pretty much the worst. Windwall and Kalistas ult are fucking awful mechanics that only harm this game.
edit: to be fair I think both champs have great kits aside from winwall and kalista ult, but that fact does not make up for the massive mistake that is letting those abilities into the game.

KellenGrace4 votesHe builds champions to be fun to play. He doesn't understand that a game relies on them also being fun to play against. He's an awful designer because of this, and he's produced some of the most toxic, impossible to balance, obnoxious champions to date. Just because you're a Yasuo/Zed/Thresh/Kalista main doesn't mean they're not almost more toxic than Teemo. Almost. He's literally going to kill this game. Too many people think his designs are cool and flashy to notice that they're completely awful to balance. No wonder the balance team has given up.

When it comes to desing he has one of the best&unique ideas for champions,which makes them stand out and be truely one of a kind.But sadly his balance sense is lower then a zero....
Darius,Zed,Thresh,Zyra,Yasuo and Kalista are unique and fun to play as them,but really unfun to play against.
DaedricTerror131 votesYou have no empathy for others, you don't understand you playing on cheat mode on a multiplayer game means your 5 opponents are outplaying you and you are still winning whilst also stealing glory from your 4 team mates making them feel worthless.
