Bring some Gragas buffs or just ban this account already

If Gragas will remain this weak I'll just play ranked with special support Nunu super strategies which will most likely end very badly in all ways. My allies will cry and report me even tho "picking pure bullshit" is not bannable unless I'm heavily mistaken. Then after being reported in 100 games I will finally receive punishments for being such an asshole cus I play Nunu in ranked. I'm pretty sure this is how it's going to go no matter if I really try to win with that trash tier pick.

Riot: "Off-meta pick = weak pick = not playing to win = enjoy them suspensions"

Therefore buffing Gragas is the only way to save me from this inevitable, miserable and undeserved destiny. :'D

Gragas definitely has been shafted to shit since preseason.

I wouldn't mind a few number buffs, but absolutely ZERO reliablity buffs.

For example, the nerf to his ult timing (preventing instant ults at point blank range) should not be touched, his max cc potential should not be touched.

They could buff the % reduction in his W by another 2% and maybe do a small Q buff.
