ADC mains, who is independent on support with good poke?

I dont main ADC, but every now and then Im forced to play ADC in normals. I play miss fortune because at lower elo, many people think support means you can just sit around and troll the lane while your adc does the work. The are off 500 feet away from you just checking stuff out, day dreaming.

I had a sona today who was just so tilt worthy it made me wanna punch myself in the face (her in the face rather). She would be idling, not using her heal , never poking (it was a mirror support match up), and their sona waas constantly poking. My sona has a skin too, it made me wish the tribunal just let me trash talk the shit out of this person. I swear Ive never been so pissed at a fool in my life.

For this reason I play Miss Fortune, because in laning phase shes got good poke with her Q, and once she gets a BF sword she takes away almost half the enemies health.

However she has like no escape. Her E is pathetic, and honestly she has the shittiest movement speed in the game.

I main JG and top and I know whenever I see an enemy miss fortune I just destroy her because she has no escape or fight back method

Im looking for an ADC suggestion with good poke, but also good escape. I know vayne makes life hell for almost all champs late game but, she is really really hard to win lane with.

further more our midlane fed gragas and he literally killed me full health under the fountain. Ive never been so pissed in my life at a game before.
