Kalista bugged Oathsworn

Was playing a Kalista game and it tilted the crap out of me, I oath sworn Garen by accident and I was like hey it's not that bad. Yet later on the game I couldn't Oath Sworn my support Morgana back. So then I had trouble laning and I basically had no damage, and cc. So I read Kalista changes, and it said Kalista could Oath Sworn a ally withen the next 3 mins of gameplay. So I did and it didn't work so I waited 30 mins and bought the item. Next thing you know I was spamming that item on a ally of mine but it didn't work. PLZ RIOT FIX KALISTA, I know im not tripping balls here.
