Whens Zoe hit? And thoughts about her

When does she hit? I'm guessing the first week of pre season? Anyways I think her design is great, she's kind of a Lulu/Teemo/Lux personality type. Her Character design looks like a mix of Aurelion Sol and Zyra with a Disney/Star vs the Forces of Evil art style. Her abilities are like a mix of Vel'koz and Karma with a hint of LeBlanc with the teleport thing. Lots and lots of colors, pretty nice to see after a long line of mild color serious champs like Kayn, Camille, and Ornn. She seems fun and relatively easy to play, kinda like Vel'koz with the Q poke.

I think this combo would be good for her : If your E hits and makes them sleep use your Q so it hits easier and W for the missiles. If her R works good you could probably E>R>Distance Q>W for some really good damage

I feel like building a Ludens Echo would be at the start with a Lost Chapter into Morellonomicon. Then Void Staff and Rabadons Deathcap. Zhonyas Hourglass if against AD and Banshees Veil against AP. And Sorcerer's Boots of course. I'd start off with Q then E then W. Maxing Q first then E second and W last.
