Trolls
What's up with the trolls on preseason? I'm still kind of new to the game, and it seems like people in ranked take it serious but since preseason started it's like I get trolls every game. :/

That's just how preseason is. Everyone ints left and right and then pulls the "it's only preseason" card out to justify their terrible play. There isn't much reason to play during preseason unless you just want to climb to set your MMR higher for the upcoming season.
