Doing Well in Low Elo

It seems that I've found the secret to persuading low elo teammates into doing well. No matter what happens, DO NOT FLAME. If they get first blood, tell them good job. If they start dieing a good bit, tell them we scale better, if they get early Drag, tell them "Nice, keep it up man". Confidence is key, if someone thinks their team hates them, they'll perform like shit. Tell them they're doing good (even if they aren't), they'll try harder. Try to build your teams confidence, it helps alot. I've been hardstuck Silver 5, for a while now, but after trying to boost my teams ego, it's seems to help a good bit. I'm about to hit S4 now. Try it out and tell me how it goes. No flaming or negativity or your comment gets deleted.

I think you're on to something. Every time I get flamed for something like losing first blood or missing smite, I automatically perform worse for the rest of the game, even if I was ahead. Not to mention that if your team is typing and trying to flame they are not playing. This will just make the game even harder for everyone involved. I've had games where once we stop tilting and typing a bunch, we were able to come back and win the game. tl;dr Don't be toxic. [galio-happy]

I once went on a 12 game win streak almost purely because I was being overly positive in every single one of those games. It was painful complimenting feeders but hey it worked out in the end and it was worth <3

I'd recommend doing this with a duo partner because it seems to work a lot better with one, just a side note. .

Update: I hit S4 a few minutes ago. Even if I'm doing bad, I still make sure my teammates are getting praise. They carried my butt and still said I did good. Positive reinforcement guys. It works.[slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
