Dual Honor System
I've been playing League since around 2014 and didn't start playing seriously until around mid 2016. I remember having enemy players that made matches fun, made me laugh, and taught me about things in the game that my real friends never did. Heck, a good portion of my most down to earth friends on this game are people I met from other teams. What I'm getting at is this: I miss being able to honor enemies. We've all had those games where we went against someone who was just a really cool person, or maybe they hard carried their team, or maybe they even went as far as to help you or your team understand something about the game. I had someone recently give me some tips with a champion I main (Sona) and we wound up winning the game partly because of it. One of the bigger aspects of this game is being a sportsmanlike player. How can we do that if we can't let the system know what players we respected, even if they were enemies? I may have figured out a way to do this by using a system similar to what we have now. We could have two lines of players come up after a game and we would be able to honor one teammate and one enemy. I understand that this might could be abused in some way by trollers or something, but keep in mind that Riot has done a damn good job at implementing features relating to this, so I'm sure they could figure out a system that would be somewhat hard to abuse. Let me know what you guys think about this, and any opinions are welcome so long as they aren't straight flame or instigation. I really want to hear what the community thinks about honoring enemies again.
TL;DR I want to be able to honor my enemies again in a fair and non abuse able way, let me know how you feel about this.
