Why do people think brand is OP? Cause he has high burst? Well guess who else does, EVERY SINGLE MID LANER. Brand can fall way behind if he is denied early game gold and can be zoned out easily by other mid laners such as Anivia or Viktor. I have beaten Brand easily just by getting one kill off a mistake and then slowly denying him more and more gold, at the end of the game he couldn't do anything at all to anyone on the team.

Professor Ward1 votesBash me for it but i believe Brand could do with a small nerf to his aoe range or a small nerf in its damage. Brand is by far one of the most freelo champs botlane right now and his winrate has been absurd for a little while.
Im guessing without looking that he still holds the highest winrate honor.
By no means is he "unbeatable" though.

Papa Slothy1 votesHis CD's are actually fairly high and once he lands everything he can only auto ignite and hope they die, I admit his range to damage ratio is absurd.
In the latest patch notes riot said that they admit DFT is really good with DOT and they said they would fix that soon.
"As for Thunderlords, it was on too high of a cooldown to really facilitate the 'in-and-out' burst pattern it's meant for, especially when compared to Deathfire Touch's efficiency as a damage multiplier."
It seems like they are going to reduce its effectiveness while buffing other means of damage multiplying (thunderlords decree) and knowing riot, they are going to shit all over it
