I'm considering picking up Caitlyn... What are the best runes to use with this champ? I've used fleet footwork, and that worked well... Are there any runes that could increase her passive damage?

Cait was my first ADC main. I used press the attack if i had a damagey support, fleet footwork otherwise. Then, either the overheal shield rune, or extra gold/heal. Then of course alacrity and coup de grace

For secondary, I used taste of blood/cheap shot and eyeball collection.

If you want more staying power because Cait is very mana hungry, manaflow band and scorch/gathering storm.

This upset a few folk I played with, but I always found it really helped in the beginning of the laning phase, but it wasn't uncommon for me to get a faerie charm or two over doran's blade. If you're careful about your trades, it'll help a lot and keep you much more dangerous in lane longer.

Nowadays I play Twitch and Draven mostly.
