Can we do something about corki?

I like corki a lot. I think his champion design, art, and gameplay are pretty fun. But he does no damage, and has 0 health. He is getting buffed, but he needs something bigger to actually be a champion. You never see corki, and that's because he is so weak he's not fun too play. Compared to other spellcasters, he does no dmg. People with spammable ults (Kas, Teemo, Kog) Have ults that actually do damage, while corki's ult feels like it does less then nothing. His Q does like 200 dmg max rank, while other champs do much more. His w doesn't feel like it does anything, except when he has a package, and even when you do have a package and go in, half the time you die, because you are a adc/mage and are not meant to be in the middle of a battle. His E has no range and is really hard to position around, and overall he doesn't feel playable, no matter how much I want him to be in the game. Rework?
