Question for you people. Do you think Eve is OP right now?

The reason i'm asking this is because after the 2 recent buffs (base armor +9 and magic pen from her charm also applying on the spell she procs the charm with) she is right now the highest win rate jungler in korea. In euw her win rate is just a messy 50%, unless you sort for plat and dia+ games, then.... then she jumps to 52-54% lol.

Also, for like the past month, I've been spamming Eve over and over again trying to learn jungle and how to play with her as well. At start, it was tricky and kind of difficult, especially since imagine the jungle as a line, and me as another line, and my line was parallel with the jungle line.... as in yes, i suck in the jungle. More like since preseason started. And until recently I kept going dark harvest however, it looks like electrocute is muuuuuuuuuch better.

But in the past week or so of playing Eve, I've been starting to get a bunch of S- S and S+ scores out of no where...... Ofc, she still feels kind of weak/useless facing an enemy team full of tanks and whatnot but, like, she also feels very strong in case the enemy team is not filled with tanks. Side note, i mostly play only normals.

So, curious what's your guys take on Eve? Does she seem OP, does she seem still bad does she seem like not worth anything?

This is my personal opinion ofc so take it with a grain of salt but i think that champion is absolutely absurd and i really wonder what drugs Riot was on when they gave her the type of kit that they did. I heard someone say this on the Eve forums and i think its pretty accurate but shes like the AP version of Fiora. You cant itemize against her.

Instead of giving her a normal assassins kit of high mobility, high outplay potential, and the focus of preying on squishies they just decided for this VGU to dump an insane amount of % max hp damage and MR shred onto her with a hard CC and call it a day. Ive played as Eve and ive played against Eve and the damage that champion can put out for seemingly 0 effort blows my mind.

Shes got her "weakness" of being easily invaded early like all the Eve mains like to point out but the problem that they dont see is you cant keep her down in solo Q. If your team is coordinated enough to play together all game and get hard control of her jungle as a team so she cant scale then you can shut her down but in solo Q people make greedy or selfish plays all the time and permastealth by design or not punishes that severely. Its just so easy for her to get back into the game from cleanup kills, greedy back kills, or the downed tower or inhib bug that doesnt reveal her stealth if shes behind them it just seems assinine. While the old Eve wasnt in the best of spots she at least played her role as an assassin by popping squishies. This new Eve pops tanks just as fast as squishies for no reason.
