I'm almost certain you're misusing the term "Childish Behavior". Pissing and moaning is childish behavior. If they are picking with the intent to both have fun and win, why should you be the person that dictates that for them? If it's a troll pick, sure, but even I have fun with non-meta picks from time to time, and in a lot of cases, they typically work.

Riot doesn't force people to play meta. If I wanna play Lee Sin support no one can stop me as long as I try to win the game and do what's expected of supports. I could do the same thing for LeBlanc, Xayah Support, etc.
