Defeting the trolls

Recently I have had a very unfortunate series of games where trolls ruin the game for everyone. I am tired of people not getting their way and crying like little babies in Champion Select when they don't get exactly what they want. When they don't get what they want they throw a fit and pick teemo and intentionally feed. The only way currently to combat this is to dodge the queue in which you lose lp and get a time penalty. Why do we all have to suffer consequences for trolls? I think there needs to be a change in Champion Select. I come with a solution, any comments on it would be greatly appreciated. My solution is to have a feature that allows you to right click the summoner name in the Champion Select and have the option to "Vote to kick from Champion Select" this would surely reduce the trolling in the Champion Select portion of the game. You would have to have 3 of the 5 people vote to kick them (if you need 4 there could be a duo and this feature would be completely useless) Now instead of you having to dodge and pay consequences the troll who has been kicked will have to pay. There could also be a reason box when you kick so It sends a report as well. Let me know what you think.

I understand this might not be an issue for the higher elo players but for the lower elo players it completely ruins the game.
