[GAMEPLAY] Blitzcrank grabs champions when the animation clearly misses

When playing against a Blitzcrank, you can clearly dodge one of his hooks but the animation will change to match the hit box. I have noticed this in multiple games and is almost as bad as Amumu's hit box used to be. Sorry if this is not the correct place to post this. I have also noticed this playing as Blitzcrank.
