Kai'Sa and Runaan's Hurricane

Is it just me or is the fact that Kai'Sa's passive is applied on runaan's is just plain broken? I mean those plasma stacks do some serious damage and I initially thought runaan's wouldn't actually apply it, but then I try it out and now I'm doing aoe damage like a madwoman. Like I think this is equivalent to Xayah's feathers or Caitlyn's head-shots being applied on runaan's. Both of those don't for balance reasons so I don't see how it's balanced for Kai'Sa's passive to stack on runaan's hits? Or maybe it's just me and we won't really know till live.

Also, her ult gives some serious Minato's Flying Raijin jutsu vibes. That's actually pretty awesome. Kudos on that [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

The plasma passive counts as an on-hit effect, whereas Xayah's feathers and Cait's headshots count as a passive modifier.

Jinx, meanwhile, shoots multiple rockets with Runaan's and can deal stacking splash crit damage, Ashe can apply Frost Shot, and Teemo can poison multiple targets, so this certainly isn't the first time we've seen this.

She would have to land 5 autos for the passive to proc, I don't think it's a big deal

She's pretty much like kalista where you can apply more stacks with runaan's and Rageblade. Rageblade and the passive applies 2 times every other AA. On top of that, runaan's procs her e's passive 3 times. On top of that, Rageblade procs her e's passive 2 times. Lol

you may think rage blade works really well on kai'sa but its not, her manouvers are more of an assasin, so, you need to evolve fast your e and q and rage blade just frustrates that for the amount of gold it takes, going IE + BOTRK is more effective cuz it gives you a lot of damage, and you can evolve faster too, the passive is just to execute

however runnans is really good only on large teamfights, and dicourages the enemy team to recieve too much stacks and punishes the ones who stay in range for too long, thats is also why kai'sa's range is that short
