Anivia
Anivia is a late game champion. Too bad there aren't any late games anymore. Most games are over by the 30-minute mark. Many games are surrendered at 15 or 20.
While other mages are building ability power, health, and stats they need, Anivia is stuck building mana, mana, and more mana. This is completely unfair and it shows in her performance. Other champions are spamming abilities to farm. Anivia is reduced to trying to farm with her slow AF auto attacks to conserve mana.
Anivia needs the following help to her early game:
- lower mana cost on all abilities
- faster auto attacks and Q projectile speed
- faster revive time or increased armor while in egg form
