Grade isn't just determined by KDA. CS, warding, and objectives all contribute to it. Additionally, you are graded based on how well people do on that particular champion
It's not bugged 137 minions in 32 minutes and less than 50% kill participation (34/73) will not get you into the S range.
32 minutes with 130 CS? Ya it's not bugged
Low CS. He could quite easily have had around 250-300 minions in that game, particularly with how hard he was snowballing. Sub 50% kill participation didn't help.
only a 46% KP, terrible CS, not great warding, highest multi kill is a double kill. compared to other Irelia players, it's an A+ rating.
As Zerolera said, there are more things than K/D/A that contributes to the ranks. That irelia had really poor CS(though the rest was even worse, what elo was that?), she placed few wards and didn't clear one, she also bought no pink. Her total kill participation is below 50%, and i guess the objective participation wasn't the highest aswell.
so if a minion kills tower even though shes near it, it doesnt count does it
His cs score is worth a D- and his warding score too probably
He only got an A+ because he had no farm and only 7 assists
because if you dont do that on Ireilia you are not good

Only in the world of video games can someone bitch about getting an A+.
