After a few games with Swain, if with combination of new ap items he becomes to strong the first thing to nerf that should be looked at is the stacks and the ult meaning if he ults with 1-2 stacks the other ones he gets after ulting should give him less dmg. IF he becomes to strong though in my opinion
You don't need to worry about his ult, it's so worthless that most people just cast it for the animation. Yes it does damage.. but it takes around 3 to 4 hours before it charges up enough to cast it. In that time players can easily run away (even after you root them).. heck, they could recall back to base, go to the fridge to grab a beer, have sex with their wife come back and you would still be there charging it.
Add his ult to the never ending list of thing the Riot design team have no clue about.
There is a difference between making a champ weak.. and giving it's abilities that do nothing.. absolutely nothing at all. His R, you could never actually hit anybody with it. His W is near worthless because of delayed cast. Basically Swain is a 2 button champ. That's a complete failure on the design team.
