The Constant Lag & Frustration

For the past couple of days, I've had constant lag at 300-5000+ ping. No one else on the team is lagging but me. Is there a reason for this????? I don't deserve to lose all of my games because of serious lag that won't go away no matter what I do. Plz fix it Riot. The lag is unbearable
