The Borders of PROJECTs: Yi, Lucian, Leona, & Fiora

Last year, PROJECT: Disruption was revealed & it was confirmed that if you owned PROJECT: Yasuo or obtained it during the week PROJECTs: Ashe, Katarina, & Ekko were released, you get PROJECT: Yasuo's border for free. Is it possible to obtain the borders for PROJECTs: Yi, Lucian, Leona, & Fiora for free as well??? That would be amazing like it was last season because I have all the PROJECT skins excluding the new ones. I'd hope that you at Riot would make this possible
