Even though his normal W is a slow which is perfect IMO the empowered one EW is still not hard to pull off and frustrating to play against so why not make it a slow and a something else like it adds a stronger slow plus grounding/ wounds/dmg reduction/attack speed reduction one of those it would make him healthier to deal with and more of a counter pick than a blind one
I feel "not hard to pull off" is an understatement. It's one instant point and click into another instant point and click - The only gating at that point is his mana.
Some criteria of W needs to be a skillshot (either W itself or something that lets it root) or it's still a point and click root.
I have a question for all yall who seem to hate all point and click CC, do you guys think 
W should be a skillshot as well? Point and click stun>point and click root, so it stands to reason that if you guys were consistent in your anger/ranting you would be against TF W as well.
Disclaimer: I play the hell out of yasuo and yi, so point and click CC screws my champs heavily, yet i still understand why it has a place in the game.
