I've been trying to make a rune page when i realized how expensive the runes are and the fact you cant use rp to buy runes. Runes are so expensive it takes like 200 games before you can get like half the rune page that's so dumb.

Important rune sets are really cheap, you can get them in a few weeks.
Stuff you should have: AP quints, AD or AS quints. blue MR flat or scaling, scaling CDR if you play mages vs AD. gold armor flat or HP red mPen and AD
All of these are really cheap.
