Nautilus nerf or buff?

WTF, you lowered his first level damage to 15 from 40? so now his first clean will be worst than ever, you call to this a buff? OMG rito, just delete all the tank junglers. Rise skarners "q" damage to 2 more lol, awesome, dont tell me that you rise a lot "e" damage cause nobody will spend more than 1 level in that ability till lategame. OMG RITO. You rise zacs knockback on "e" from 0.5 to 1.......... you kidding right rito??? The changes to jungle tank item and gromp doesnt help tanks in the first steps of the game neither, they will be as slow as they are now. So the jungle will keep as always, the only good change to jungle tanks is the volis one, ty rito, now go buff lee sin.
