After armor lost and new runes, I suggest MR boost for all adcarry'S that got hit

Pretty straight forward.

Since the new runes, lot of peopel lost magic resist.

With 8.11 patch, adcarry's got hit in armor hard. To balanced it a little more I suggest adding magic resist so they can resist a little more ranged attacks from mage in lane.
